HOTEL DESCRIPTION

Ignore the exterior, painted a terrifying shade of green, and you'll discover a charming hotel, where the marble-floor lobby is always full of fresh flowers and staff members go out of their way to make you feel at home. The rooms -- some of which look toward nearby Lenin Park -- are spacious, quiet, and, given the hotel's exterior, surprisingly tasteful. Front rooms have larger windows and are slightly bigger than back ones, but all are pleasant. The corner suites are especially wonderful, with lots of sunlight and luxurious bathrooms. The top-floor restaurant serves Asian and Western food and has a lovely view over Lenin Park and Thuyen Quang Lake. 40 rooms.
